Barbara Parkhurst, 62

Barbara Parkhurst, 62, of Pennellville passed away Thursday at home surrounded by her family.

Born in Watertown, she had lived in the Pennellville area for many years. Barb retired from SYROCO in Baldwinsville in 2005 after more than 25 years. She cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Dave; children, David, Jr., of Central Square, Melissa (Joe) Griffin of Phoenix and Kimberly (Jim) Marlowe of Constantia; her mother, Clarissa Withrow of Carthage; two sisters, Linda Lytle and Ann DiStefano; a brother, Robert Withrow; her mother-in-law, Pearl Evans of Phoenix; two grandchildren, Austin Marlowe and Veronica Griffin; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Pennellville Cemetery, Co. Rte. 54, Pennellville. Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
