Mary “Ginny” Stamm told the members or the Oswego Sunrise Rotary about her life. When she and her husband, Dr. Alfred Stamm, moved to Oswego they had three foster children with special needs.
On Thursday, Ginny Stamm told the Oswego Sunrise Rotary about her visit with her daughter, Abby, who is working with the Peace Corps in Uganda.
