William N. McCann, 84 and a resident of 245 East Fifth St. Oswego died Friday in the Oswego Hospital.
He was born in Oswego and was the son of the late Neil and Charlotte Sill McCann.
Mr. McCann was the husband of Mildred Czirr McCann.
He had been employed as a mechanic with Niagara Mohawk for 28 years. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Oswego and the Niagara Mohawk Retirees Club.
In addition to his wife, Mr. McCann is survived by one daughter Susan M. (Richard) Fox of Oswego, two sons Edward W. (Dale) McCann of LasVegas, NV and Howard N. (Sherry) McCann of Duluth, GA. Five grandchildren, Rebecca (Michael Anderson) Fox, Carolyn ( Michael Angelo) McKasty, Jonathon Fox, Brad (Harvin Eadon) McCann and Brian (Ashley) McCann.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday 11:00AM at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home.. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Calling hours Monday 4-7PM at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to Grace Lutheran Church 201 East Sixth St. Oswego, NY 13126.
