A parolee from Fulton with a long list of past crimes is sitting in jail today after a judge said “no bail” to Rhys Marks.Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â He’s accused of robbing a Mattydale hair salon at knifepoint and leading police on a chase.Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â This is marks 49th arrest.Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â He’s facing his 15th conviction and 8th stay in state prison.
