The New York State Inspector General has found that two members of the Port of Oswego Authority held their seats in violation of statutory requirements, according to a report released Monday.
Rising Stars Theatre is currently in rehearsals for its summer production of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.”Planned as a fundraiser for Fulton Community Theatre, the show will be presented in three performances, July 17, July 18 and July 19 on stage at G. Ray Bodley High School in Fulton.
Four men have been indicted on charges after they allegedly intentionally installed faulty septic systems, purposely streamed raw sewage into the Oswego River and filed false documents to cover it up. They are slated to return to court Wednesday.
