New income guidelines for families interested in the Food Stamp Program went into effect Oct. 1. Families that have not been eligible for Food Stamp benefits in the past may now be eligible. The gross monthly income a household may earn has increased.Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â Increases for families with disabled members or members over 60 are even higher.
