Hannibal Board of Education Rejects Funding Plan For BOCES Capital Project
The Hannibal Board of Education has announced its inability to support Oswego County BOCES’ proposed $48.4 million capital project. Residents in the BOCES region will vote on the proposed plan Nov. 12 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 13 polling places around the county.
