The Oswego County Health Department will hold seasonal flu clinics on Tuesday, Nov. 24, from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. and Tuesday, Dec. 1, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Nick Sterio Public Health Clinic on Bunner Street in Oswego.

Oswego Industries, ARC of Oswego Go Tobacco-Free This Thursday
Once the policy is in effect, neither staff, program participants, nor visitors will be allowed to use tobacco products anywhere on the nonprofits’ properties, including in personal vehicles. In addition, employees that primarily work in the community will not be permitted to use tobacco products while on paid time.

Judges denies defense lawyer’s motion to set aside the jury’s verdict. He sentenced Alan Jones to the maximum for causing the death of Erin Maxwell last summer. The defense vows to file an appeal with a higher court.
