Fulton Water Flushing Program Begins Today
Here’s a notice from the City of Fulton:
The Fulton Water Department Flushing Program will begin Monday, August 16, 2010. Flushing will begin in the morning and continue until sunset. Flushing will start in the southeast quadrant and proceed in a northerly and westerly direction. This program should be completed no later than August 31, 2010.
CUSTOMERS MAY EXPERIENCE LOW PRESSURE AND/OR DISCOLORED WATER.
City Demolishes Dilapidated Building
The city demolished the dilapidated historic building at the southeast corner of West Fifth and Bridge streets. The building had been declared a safety threat and an emergency work order issued to raze it.
