Fulton Council Tidbits: Tax Settlement with Penn Traffic; More Parking at Michaud; Old Gas Station Sold
Penn Traffic, the company that owned and then shut down P&C at the end of a long battle against bankruptcy, sued the city to lower the assessment on the company’s store at River Glen Plaza.
The store was assessed at $2 million; Penn Traffic wanted it lowered to $1 million.

Joyce E. Cronin of Monroe, New York, a native of Fulton, died at her home on November 14, 2010.
Schroeppel Accident Kills Teen
A pickup truck slammed into a farm vehicle parked along the side of a street in the town of Schroeppel Monday night.
The accident left a teenager dead and another one badly hurt.
FCT’s Evening On Broadway Continues Nov. 20

Lady Bucs Fall In State Regional Volleyball
On Saturday, at Union College, the Oswego High School girls’ varsity volleyball team headed into State Class A quarterfinal action against Burnt Hills. However, it was a short trip into post season play as the Bucs lost 3-0. Oswego finished the year with an 11-6 record.
