In an effort to better meet the needs of its clients, Catholic Charities of Oswego County has expanded the hours for both its Client Choice Food Pantry and the Thrift Shop.

Every year, the federal government distributes more than $400 billion based on census data, according to Tory DeCaire, chair of the city’s 2010 Complete Census Count Committee. A lack of participation can result in the community receiving less federal funding and less access to important services and resources than it might otherwise have received.
