Thomas E. Loughlin, 68, a resident of West Lake Rd. Town of Oswego, passed away May 4, 2011 at home.
Beverly J. Allen, 79, of Fulton died Wednesday May 4, in the Oswego Hospital after a long illness.

Executive Director of Oswego County Opportunities, Diane Cooper-Currier presented Mike and Patti Tryniski with the OCO Howard Wilcox Volunteer of the Year Award at the agency’s annual meeting held April 27 at Springside at Seneca Hill.
