Will It Be Cold And Snowy For Warm Up?

There were mountains of snow for the 2011 Warm Up, Oswego Festival. This year, however, only a couple inches have fallen this winter - and the have all melted.Ironically, the area is in the middle of a snow drought as the annual celebration that honors winter looms on the horizon. It’s getting colder. Snow is in the forecast. But, will there be enough to sustain some events for the annual Warm Up, Oswego Festival? We’ll just have to wait and see.
