Weather permitting, the Oswego County Health Department will conduct aerial spraying tonight, September 11. The aerial spray will begin after 6:45 p.m. If the spraying is postponed due to weather conditions, residents will be notified through the news media and information will be posted at www.oswegocounty.com
To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the house tour, Heritage Foundation is introducing the 
Oswego Downtown Living Tour and it features six historic mixed use commercial residential properties and one contemporary waterfront mixed use property. The purpose of the downtown living tour is to highlight and promote the many mixed-use redevelopment projects that are currently under way in downtown Oswego.

The Purvis are troubleshooters for the Salvation Army and are skilled at starting new programs and making changes in how the Army serves the needy population.
On Monday September 17 the Society will host an open house reception put on by the Pulaski Lions Club to mark their 50th anniversary. The group, formed in 1961, has been headquartered at Half-Shire on the second floor since 2001.
