Oswego School Board Hears About Tenure, Common Core
In his final regular meeting as Interim Superintendent of Schools, Gary Mix talked about concern about some of the recent educational changes that have been implemented by the State Education Department and the importance of tenure. “Granting tenure acknowledges performance, awareness of greater potential, confidence in that he educator will continue to grow to be a very positive role model for our students,” Mix said.
