September as Attendance Awareness Month
The Fulton City School District has made good attendance a high priority. A key step is letting families know about the critical role they play in getting children to school on time every day. We will positively reinforce students who meet or exceed our attendance goal of being present and on time at least 90% of the time or more or show improvement in their attendance rates.

Caruso and DuFore Awarded 2013 Elmer G. Hadlow Memorial Music Scholarships
Oswego High School Class of 2013 Graduates Cameron Caruso and Lisette DuFore were named the recipients of this year’s Elmer G. Hadlow Memorial Music Scholarship, which is awarded annually to an Oswego High School student who pursues an education and/or career in music.

Northern Oswego Health Services Celebrates Newly Upgraded Primary Care Network Facilities
Northern Oswego County Health Services, Inc. celebrated the upgraded facilities among its newly consolidated primary care network. The celebration centered on a ribbon cutting ceremony at its newly constructed and relocated Fulton Health Center at 510 S. Fourth St., Fulton. The event included local health care, government and community representatives who toured the new facility.
