Joshua C. Clark, 25, of Fulton, passed away Sunday November 17, 2013.
Sylvia Bonadio, 57, of Jersey City, NJ, was operating a 2013 Nissan Sentra eastbound when she struck pedestrian, Lee Bond, 49, of Harwood Drive Lacona, troopers said. Bond was crossing the dark roadway at the time. No charges are expected.
