Oswego County Drug Task Force Announces 2 More Arrests
Investigators reportedly seized nine individually bagged pieces of crack cocaine, having a total weight of 3.2 grams, that one suspect is alleged to have possessed with the intent to sell. The second suspect was found to allegedly be in possession of 12 individually bagged pieces of crack cocaine having a total weight of 8.4 grams, 41 bags of heroin and 10 illegally possessed oxycodone tablets with the intent to sell.

Kids on Track Ready for Racing at Oswego Speedway
Oswego Speedway’s Entergy/Price Chopper Kids on Track program is ready to take the green flag for the 2015 racing season. This year’s Kids on Track signup forms are now available on the Oswego Speedway website and will also be available at Saturday’s open practice session, running from 1-5 p.m.

Volunteers Spruce Up Minetto, Great Bear
The group worked at a “spruce up” of the River View Park and did a litter pickup covering more than a mile south, starting from Lock O-3 and the bridge, covering both sides of the Route 48, along the Oswego Canal and River. Sixteen people participated in trail work at Great Bear, also.
