Oswego County Legislature Chairman Kevin Gardner (District 13, New Haven) announced appointments to the County Legislature’s standing committees for 2016. The seven committees oversee departments of county government and make budgetary and policy recommendations to the full Legislature.
The H. Lee White Maritime Museum at Oswego could not accomplish its numerous initiatives without the generous help and support of its volunteers. Through the efforts of executive director Mercedes Niess, the museum, has had a solid corps of dedicated volunteers for decades.
