Fulton Man Arrested For DWI, Driving Without A License

On April 21, at approximately 1:40 p.m., State Police stopped a motorcycle on South Granby Road in the town of Granby for operating without a license plate. Investigation at the scene revealed that the operator, Kane D. Barkley, 33, of Fulton, was allegedly intoxicated.
