Oswego Health will hold a multi-blood analysis event from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. May 14 at the Pulaski Health Center, located at 61 Delano St. in the village of Pulaski. To make an appointment, call 1-800-225-6032, lines are open 24-hours a day.
On May 7, the community of Pualski will come together to give Shirley and Bob North a benefit party at Pulaski’s Ringgold Fire Hall, from 11:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m.

The school board modified the boundaries of the existing election districts, consolidating and restructuring its 10 election districts into four election districts in accordance with Education Law § 2604.
Sixth ward councilman, Larry Macner announced the scheduling of a public hearing to be held in regards to a proposed parking change on North Second Street. The change would affect the section of North Second Street from Oneida Street to Seneca Street where cars are currently able to park on the east side of the road with no time restrictions. Macner has proposed the change to a two-hour parking time limit.
On Monday, State Police responded to 399 State Route 11 apartment 2, in Central Square, regarding a possible meth lab. Oswego County Probation Department members requested the assistance from the NYSP Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and the Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team after a “one pot” methamphetamine lab was located inside the apartment, police said.
Anna A. Schadt, 90, and a longtime resident of Oswego, passed away Wednesday April 20, 2016, in Melbourne, Florida.
Janice Kathleen Blanchard, 78, of Martville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday April 27, 2016, at Auburn Community Hospital.
