On April 27, at approximately 3 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on State Route 3 in the town of Hannibal for a traffic violation. The operator, Joshua M. Bolster, 20, of Hannibal, was found to be intoxicated, according to the police report.

On March 28, at approximately 4:29 p.m., State Police responded to WalMart on State Route 3 in the town of Granby for a larceny complaint. State Police interviewed asset protection members who advised that Nichole D. Burr, 20, of Fulton, had entered the store the previous evening and left with multiple electronic devices and cables without rendering payment, police said.
