Sandra Scott Travels: Visit Montour Falls’ Main Street Waterfalls

Montour Falls has an enviable location. Located at the end of Main Street is a magnificent 156-foot waterfall – Shequaga Falls, the Seneca word for “tumbling waters.” Well, it must be magnificent when there is more water going over it. I love waterfalls, but sadly I visited the area during one of the worst droughts in years and while the falls is rarely completely dry there was only a trickle when John and I visited.

Urinary incontinence affects one in four women and can also be an annoying issue for men. Providing relief from incontinence are Oswego Health Urologists Elizabeth Bozeman, MD, and her husband, Gary Bozeman, MD.

After presenting the city proclamation to resident council president Helen Yonkers, Mayor Barlow spent time with a large group of residents discussing topics ranging from city government to answering questions from residents wondering what motivated him to get involved in politics and to seek the office of mayor.
