State Police in Pulaski arrested John Fellows, 30, of Fulton, for Burglary in the second degree, a class “C” felony. He was charged following a burglary investigation where numerous household items (kitchen cabinets, kitchen appliances and other household fixtures) were stolen, State Police said today (Oct. 24).
