College’s Staging Of ‘Boeing Boeing’ Allows Student Director To Showcase Talents

For Megan Hickey the child, performing in church plays and participating in theatre clubs seemed like just a fun pastime. In the present, it has become one of the most important elements in the SUNY Oswego senior theatre major’s life. Hickey directs this fall’s Student Honors Production, “Boeing Boeing.” The play will run nightly at 7:30 from Nov. 29 through Dec. 2, with a 2 p.m. finale Dec. 3.

Pulaski Fund In Final Push To Reach $15,000 Goal

The Greater Pulaski Community Endowment Fund’s Advisory Committee has raised more than $11,000 toward its fundraising goal of $15,000. With one month remaining to raise $4,000 by December 15, the advisory committee is working hard to meet its goal in this final stretch. Doing so will make the fund eligible to receive a dollar-for-dollar matching grant of $15,000 from the John Ben Snow Memorial Trust.
