Hannibal Circus Draws Hundreds to Benefit Student Trip to Costa Rica

Aerialists, dancing dogs, acrobats, unicycle artists galore and more! Billy Martin’s Cole All Star Circus brought its fascinating fun to Fairley Elementary School in Hannibal yesterday (March 11) to dazzle and delight kids of all ages. Organized by Hannibal Central School District’s adventure club Costa Rica, the event drew in twice as many attendees as last year.

Pathfinder Bank Increases Annual Support of the SAFE Fair

The planning for this year’s SAFE Fair is well under way. “Pathfinder Bank has continually supported this event from the beginning. We couldn’t be more pleased with the increase this year,” said Teresa Woolson, president of VOW. Over the last few weeks, certain self-proclaimed environmental groups have begun an all-out effort to convince the legislature to overturn New York’s newly adopted Clean Energy Standard. The CES is a landmark policy adopted last year by the NYS Public Service Commission with the support of Governor Cuomo, various state legislators (including myself), business groups, environmentalists, and labor organizations.
