Billy Martin’s Cole All Star Circus brought its fascinating fun to Fairley Elementary School in Hannibal yesterday (March 11) to dazzle and delight kids of all ages. State Police arrested Lawrence J. Kline, 54, from Oneida River Road in Phoenix, for Assault in the second degree, a class “D” felony. On March 8, Mr. Kline was being transported by ambulance from his residence to SUNY University Medical Center in Syracuse for a complaint of back pain.
