Oswego Speedway Founders To Be Honored
Harry, George and Bill Caruso, founders of Oswego Speedway, will be memorialized as East Albany Street, west of Jim Shampine Drive, is recognized as Caruso Brothers Boulevard at a dedication ceremony on Saturday, June 30, at 4 p.m. The dedication will take place at the corner of East Albany Street and Shampine Drive just across from the speedway.
