OSWEGO, NY – Mariachi music filled the air as the residents of Morningstar Residential Care Center celebrated Cinco de Mayo with quesadillas and margaritas.
The celebration was one of several Mexican themed activities that Morningstar will host for its residents throughout the month of May.
