The city of Fulton employees have partnered with Catholic Charities of Oswego County for the fourth annual city of Fulton employees’ golf tournament fundraiser. The event will be held July 26, at Emerald Crest Golf Course, Palermo.
“Jazz Organ Monster” Tony Monaco, king of the Hammond B3 Organ, headlines the 2014 Fulton Jazz Fest, with cool jazz and hot nights, 5-11 p.m. on Aug. 8 and 4:30-11 p.m. Aug. 9, it was announced by the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce, festival host.
Members of the Fulton Lions Club, a representative of AmeriCorps, and several AmeriCorps volunteers spread new mulch and created a landing area around a slide recently as part of a cleanup project at Fulton’s Oswego Falls Park on South First Street.
Summer concerts by the Fulton Community Band return to the Bullhead Point pavilion, Route 3, 7 p.m., June 26.
Oswego County Federal Credit Union, in cooperation with the Oswego Youth Bureau, will be sponsoring free open air Movies in the Park at 7 p.m. in East Park on the third Wednesday of each month from June through August.
