The New York State Department of Transportation will review its five-year plan for projects in Oswego County at a public meeting at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 7, in the Legislative Chambers of the County Office Building, 46 E. Bridge St., Oswego.

Oswego Health staff members, trained to fit bike helmets properly, provided 100 youngsters with an appropriate bike helmet during Fulton’s Bike Rodeo held at the Fulton Community Center.

“Make a Splash—READ!” is the theme this summer at the Oswego Public Library.

Children will explore the world of water and water fun through stories, songs, games and other activities about oceans, rivers, lakes, and pools and the creatures that live there.
