On July 23, at about 11:23 p.m., Oswego City Police Officers patrolling on foot in the area of West Fourth Street / Lake Street in the city of Oswego observed a physical altercation in progress.

The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for a multi-county area that includes Oswego County. The watch runs until 11 p.m.
Elmer R. Akley, 70, a resident of St. Rt. 104 West, Town of Oswego, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2010 at home surrounded by his family & friends.
Anna Mae Conn, 72; of Fulton died Thursday, at University Hospital, Syracuse after a short illness.
