Voters Say ‘Yes’ To Fulton Budget, Bus; Library Vote Uncertain

Residents in the Fulton City School District weighed in in favor of the proposed 2008-09 spending plan and bus proposition at the polls Tuesday. Rinn propertyA Fulton property owner who has faced several charges in Fulton City Code Court may be brought up on additional charges for keeping chickens in his back yard in the city’s Sixth Ward. William Rinn III defends that the animals are his children’s pets. City attorney Mary Rain maintains that Rinn has to decide which goes first: the chickens or the charge.
