Oswego Considering Assessment Management Plan For Wastewater Treatment Plant

The Common Council will consider a resolution next week to hire an organization to help create a plan to upgrade the Eastside Wastewater Treatment Plant so it meets DEC requirements. Mayor Billy Barlow requested council consideration of a pact regarding an Assessment Management Plan for the plant. The plan will enable the city to move forward responsibly with upgrades to the facility.

Public Weighs In On Route 104 Streetscape Revitalization Project

A handful of city residents attended a workshop Wednesday evening to help create the future of the Route 104 corridor in the Port City. It provided participants an opportunity to take part in hands-on interactive exercises to identify issues of concern and develop priorities related to streetscape design and more.
