Julian was born on May 14, 2005. He was called home early Saturday morning (August 8, 2015, at 3:30 a.m.). He was in the final stages of Neuroblastoma and was in hospice care since early this year. He may be gone, but his spirit lives on in all of us. Julian never stopped fighting. He packed more into his short lifetime than most adults do in decades.
The New York State Police arrested 3 suspects in connection with the armed Robbery at the Town of Oswego Kwik Fill that occurred on 7/30/15. All three suspects were arrested on 8/7/15, at approximately 9:45 a.m., at 63 Tallman Street in the City of Oswego, following a search warrant at this address.
When you think about Marty, the word fun should be the first thing that pops into your head. He’s a handsome teenager who plays like a kid with the other cats in his foster home. Seriously, he wrestles with them, runs around the house with them, and plays with any toy he can find (and his definition of “toy” is quite extensive, pretty much anything you drop or that he finds on the floor).
The city of Oswego will be enforcing a Temporary No Parking Ban on streets which will be effected by the 2015 Milling and Paving Project. The project is scheduled to begin August 13 and continue through August 27. The following is a list of streets that are scheduled as part of this project:
The Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce, together with the office of US Rep. John Katko, announced that it will host monthly economic development meetings with the Oswego County business community. Katko will join the group for it inaugural meeting on Aug. 26. It will be held at the Riverside Banquet Room at the Quality Inn, 70 E. First St., at 3 p.m.

While much time and effort has been put in on the Oswego City School District’s goal setting process, there’s more work ahead, according to the superintendent. He hopes it will lead to a longer strategic plan for the district, a ‘roadmap’ for the district to follow.
The arrest stems from the investigation into an incident that occurred in a parking lot in the town of Sandy Creek, according to the Sheriff’s Office. The suspect allegedly engaged in sexual contact with the victim being less than 13 years of age.
