With a hunger for education and cultural immersion, Hannibal High School Spanish teacher Kristina Licatese-Linn is ready to take that passion across the globe this summer as a Fulbright scholar. Fulton Teachers’ Association Honors Students

The annual ceremony opened with a warm welcome from G. Ray Bodley High School Principal Donna Parkhurst and FTA Executive Vice President Karen Noel before FTA President David Derouchie offered remarks.
