Road Closure – Detour Notification For Feb. 3

The Mayor’s Office has announced that J.J. Lane, the contractor for the on-going Combined Sewer Separation Project, has provided the following road closure/detour details for February 3. The road closure/detour will go into effect at 7 a.m. on February 3 and as part of the Consent Decree Project, J. J. Lane will be crossing the intersection of West Fifth Street and Ellen Street.

Granby Second Graders Collaborate with Liverpool Elementary

Second graders at Granby Elementary School practiced their reading, writing, and researching skills recently through an interactive videoconferencing project based on the story The Mitten by Jan Brett. Granby was paired with Liverpool Elementary School for the 40-minute session. Before seeing each other face to face via a webcam, each school came prepared with animal clues from the story.

Schumer, Gillibrand Announce $1.2 Million Obligation Coming from Feds to NYS Canal Flood Warning System
