The Oswego County Legislature’s Human Services Committee presents Michelle Smith with a certificate of appreciation for her 30 years of service.

Rick Sivers will again appear on the stage of the Frances Marion Brown Theater in the Arts Center as Brother Harmonious. After a successful appearance last year and with numerous requests to reprise his role as the irreverent, drunken monk, a single performance has been set for August 2 at 2 p.m.

Executive Director of the Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County Karrie Damm, has announced that Rachel Muntz has joined the staff as a victim advocate. A graduate of SUNY Oswego, Muntz, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Justice.
