Employees of the Oswego County Probation Department collaborated with employees for other departments at the Oswego County Public Safety Center to collect books for the United Way of Greater Oswego County and the Literacy Coalition of Oswego County in the annual Children’s Book Drive.

The following area residents were among students to graduate from Morrisville State College in May.

Caitlin Sawyer of Oswego graduated from Hofstra University in May 2014, earning a BA in public relations.

The Oswego County Health Department is celebrating National Men’s Health Week this week by reminding all men that there are many simple ways to improve health and be a good role model for those special people in their lives.

Once again, the meeting will be held in the Oswego High School Anthony J. Murabito Media Center with the public portion expected to reconvene at 6 p.m.

The Oswego County Health Department offers a variety of services to all residents of Oswego County, including preventive health services, certified home health care, long-term home health care, certified hospice, and a maternal and child health program.
