On March 2, starting at 5 p.m. with a light supper, First United Church of Fulton, 33 S. Third St., will host a recently released movie on the issue of bullying. Following the movie a discussion will be held concluding by 8 p.m.

To receive Part-Time Honors students must earn at least a 3.25 GPA on six to 11 credit hours.

The Oswego County Department of Community Development, Tourism and Planning is looking for contractors who specialize in roof repair and energy efficiency to participate in the Oswego County Roof Repair Program.

Morningstar Residential Health Center, in Oswego, recently received an anonymous $300 donation which immediately was put to good use. The appreciative facility said the unexpected gift enabled them to purchase a laptop computer for its residents and rehabilitation patients.

Oswego County Workforce New York, operated by the Division of Employment and Training, will hold a “New Year – New Career” workshop at 10 a.m. Feb. 20, to help Social Security Disability Insurance beneficiaries learn about work incentives and rules that will help them return to work.

The panelists spoke about their careers and how they became involved in local government. Leadership Oswego County teaches community trusteeship, leadership skills, current issues and networking to a diverse group of community residents.

The Hannibal Historical Society will meet on February 25 at the Community Center for a covered dish dinner at 6 p.m. During the business meeting which will follow the dinner, members of the society will be voting on new by-laws.

Hope Cimilluca, senior homecare case manager for the Office for the Aging, will discuss options for seniors who need help to safely stay at home, at a caregiver education session from 11 a.m. to noon Feb. 19.
