Area seniors participating in Oswego County Opportunities’ Home Delivered Meals program recently received a special gift courtesy of the employees of Constellation Energy’s Nine Mile Point Station.
The Oswego County Department of Social Services sponsors an orientation meeting every month for people interested in becoming foster or adoptive parents. The next meeting will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9, at Liberty Resources, 1850 Co. Rte. 57, Fulton.
All farmers, regardless of farm size or product type, should have a farm food safety plan. On November 18th and 19th, Central New York farmers will have the opportunity to develop those plans at a two-day workshop at the SUNY Oswego Educational Outreach, 70 County Rte. 59, Phoenix, NY.
Members of Fulton Community Theatre are putting the final touches on the musical arrangements for their upcoming Evening on Broadway concert series.
On Nov. 10 the Emergency Services Program of Catholic Charities of Oswego County, in cooperation with the Food Bank of Central New York, will sponsor a fresh food distribution.
