Representatives of the Oswego County Legislature and the Oswego County American Legion recently commemorated the 223rd anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution.

The Oswego County Emergency Management Office will hold a training session Wednesday, Nov. 3, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Joint Information Center in Volney for emergency workers who need to comply with the federal National Incident Management System (NIMS) training requirements.

The Community Task Force of Fulton, New York will host its annual Respect Week Celebration during the week of October 17 – 23, 2010. The week’s celebration will begin with Respect Day festivities on Sunday, October 17 at 1 p.m. at the Fulton War Memorial.
