Janet Bettinger Marks 25 Years of Service to County

The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services  Committee presented Janet Bettinger with a certificate of appreciation  for her 25 years of service. Bettinger is a social welfare examiner at  the Oswego County Department of Social Services. Pictured from left are  legislators Terry Wilbur, District 21; James Karasek, District 22;  Ronald Sakonyi, District 5; Fred Beardsley, District 9; Committee  Chairman John Proud, District 7; Bettinger; Oswego County Department of  Social Services Commissioner Frances Lanigan; Committee Vice Chairwoman  Barbara Brown, District 8; Margaret Kastler, District 1; and Jacob  Mulcahey, District 15.

Legislature Honors Retiring Department Head

The Oswego County Legislature’s Community and Consumer Affairs  Committee recognized David Hastings for 13 years of service. Hastings is  retiring from his position as director of the Oswego County Real  Property Tax Services Office.
