On June 19, Colleen’s life changed again when the ARISE Oswego County Ramp Project building season began with a ramp on her home. She was so excited the night before, she couldn’t sleep.

Brian Haessig’s fifth grade social studies classes from the Minetto Elementary School competed in the “Stock Market Game and did very well.
A portion of the initiative involved specific crosswalk operations using a “designated pedestrian†to identify violators with officers staged to intercept and ticket the offenders. On the first day, 57 warnings were given to motorists for observed violations. In the days that followed, violators were ticketed.

Children will explore the world of water and water fun through stories, songs, games and other activities about oceans, rivers, lakes, and pools and the creatures that live there.
