NYSARC, Inc. has announced its 2011 Convention Theme design competition, to create artwork that reflects the convention theme of “Advocacy in Action: Moving Forward.”

This morning, Congressman Bill Owens announced that, beginning today, Medicare will begin mailing out to tens of thousands of seniors $250 ‘donut hole’ checks.
