SUNY Oswego Again on National Honor Roll for Service

John Kristoffersen, a freshman childhood education major at SUNY Oswego, gives blood during a recent American Red Cross blood donation drive on campus. Administering the procedure is donor specialist Jessie MacDowell. The college has been recognized on the national President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll since the list's inception four years ago. More than 1,300 Oswego students joined with faculty in projects to meet local needs using the skills gained in their classrooms in 2009, according to data collected by the college’s Center for Community Service and Service Learning.
