Kansas, one of America’s greatest and most successful progressive rock bands, will headline Friday night at Harborfest 2010. Kansas has produced eight gold albums, three sextuple-Platinum albums, one platinum live album and a million-selling gold single during its 35 years of existence.
Ganga, musicians from West Bengal in India, will bring traditional folk music and villager-crafted instruments to SUNY Oswego in a 7 p.m. performance April 21 in Sheldon Hall ballroom.
The Oswego Film Group (OFG) will host a screening of Hunger on Thursday, April 15. The 7 PM show, free and open to the public, will be held in SUNY Oswego’s Campus Center Auditorium.
The Oswego Players will open their second production of the2010 season Friday April 11 with the Ken Kesey’s classic drama “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nestâ€. Directed by veteran director Bobby Fontana.
