It was nearly twelve-years ago that naturalist and then-director John Weeks conceived the concept of an Inspiration Festival at the Sterling Nature Center, celebrating the connection between art and nature. On Sunday, June 6, Weeks will be back to help celebrate the 12th annual Inspiration 2010: Festival of Arts and Nature from noon to 4:30 p.m. at the center’s Jensvold Road facility.

Kicking off the 15 year anniversary festival season, the Sterling Stage Kampitheater in Sterling, NY brings you its 6th annual FOLKFEST, taking place Memorial Day weekend, May 27-30, 2010. This year’s festival offers four days of continual groove, evergreen-laden, festival-style camping, and nothing but warm, friendly, Folkfestian vibes.

Celebrate Mother’s Day Weekend in style with the Oswego Children’s Theater, as they present, E. B. White’s classic children’s story “Stuart Little”. The show is set to open this coming Friday May 7 for the first of two weekends of performances.
