Misty is a 6-month old, female, black and white tuxedo, short-haired cat. She is vaccinated, house-trained, indoor-only, and good with other animals and children.

Last week, I discovered four tiny kittens in my garage on one of those sunny days. I picked them up, brought them inside, and called the Humane Society.

Mittens was found as an outdoor stray a couple years ago and has certainly enjoyed her indoor-only habitat ever since. She loves batting around toys and sitting on window sills.

State Senator Michael Gianaris and Assembly member Linda Rosenthal are sponsoring legislation (A.6298/S.4234) that would prohibit the sale of dogs, cats and rabbits in pet stores across the state. This is huge. New York has one of the nation’s highest concentrations of dog retailers.

Lasagna is a 1.5-year-old female, calico, domestic short-hair cat. She recently had a litter of kittens and was such a good mother, but is now spayed. All her kits are al dente and now it’s Lasagna’s turn for a saucy new forever home.

No one has asked us any questions recently, so apparently you all know everything you need to know about your pets. Which is great. But we had nothing to do and were aimlessly wandering through the internet waiting for the snow to melt when we found a cool website that we think you might like, too.

Bella is a one-year-old female domestic, short-hair, brown tabby. Bella is already spayed and ready for adoption. Bella enjoys being held and cuddling with her human family.
