SUNY Oswego’s new Early Action Program has helped jump-start the college’s recruitment for the Class of 2021, providing a significant initial boost to applications, allaying anxiety about acceptance for 2,100 high school seniors, and prompting scores of those prospective students to reserve their places for the fall by early February.

Community members recently donated more than 240 bicycle helmets and money for additional helmet purchases in lieu of flowers to honor the late Billie Crandall Brady. Brady served as program coordinator of Integrated Community Planning’s Traffic Safety Board for more than 13 years.

Eagle Beverage Supports Oswego Health’s Breast Cancer Programs
Eagle Beverage supported Oswego Health’s breast cancer Navigation program through its recent PINKTOBERFEST initiative. The local beverage distributor sold 39 kegs of pink beer to establishments located in the Oswego, Auburn and Watertown areas, raising nearly $900 for the local breast cancer Navigation program.
