At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, Rotarian Dan Farfaglia introduced Martani Derooy, consumer advocate for National Grid in Upstate New York. Consumer advocates assist low-income and special needs customers by meeting their energy needs through early intervention, crisis bill paying management, outreach and education.

Staff at Michaud Residential Health Services in Fulton “got on board” and held a fundraiser to in support of the United Way’s “Stuff-A-Bus” campaign. The goal of “Stuff-A-Bus” is to collect school supplies for children in need throughout Oswego County.

Certified Nurse Midwife Lindsay Lachant has joined the staff of Oswego Hospital’s maternity center and the local practice, Oswego County OB-GYN. Lachant holds a master’s degree in nurse-midwifery from Frontier Nursing University, located in Hyden, Ky.
Adam L. Labonoski has announced his candidacy for the Town of Hannibal Justice Court. He has been endorsed by the Hannibal Democratic Committee and the New York Constable Association.
