The program is designed for children who were born between Dec. 2, 2008 and Dec. 1, 2009 and is offered at no cost to children who are selected by lottery.

The following students were named to the University at Albany’s fall 2012 Dean’s List for outstanding academic achievement:

Some 290 MVCC students were invited to walk across stage for the conferral of associate degrees or certificates.

For seniors in the Quirk’s Players production of “Hello, Dolly!” on March 7, 8 and 9, at G. Ray Bodley High School in Fulton, the musical also signals a bittersweet goodbye. The show marks a farewell to the high school stage for those graduating, but they wouldn’t trade their experiences onstage for anything.

Teachers and administrators in the Sandy Creek Central School District presented an informational evening on the changes in K-5 curriculum for Math and ELA that align with the Common Core State Standards.

Oswego County BOCES School Counselors Jo Ann Smegelsky, Colleen Martin, and Stacey Turtura were featured presenters at the recent Western New York School Counselors Consortium Conference in Rochester.

She was selected for the program in honor of her scholastic merit and demonstrated leadership ability.
