The Fulton Elks will have a Mother’s Day Breakfast on Sunday, May 13. The hours will be 8 a.m. – noon.
The winner, Barbara Martin, purchased the winning ticket at the Struppler’s Shurfine at 909 W. First St. S. in Fulton.
Members of the public and hospital employees are encouraged to donate a pint of blood during the drive. To make an appointment, call 349-5586.

Certified Nurse Midwife, Diana “Dee” Matlack has joined the professional staff at Oswego County OB-GYN, P.C. and has joined the medical staff at Oswego Hospital.
A limited amount of funding will be awarded to not-for-profit community organizations that provide non-sectarian activities for youth during hours when school is not in session. Community organizations can apply for up to $1,000.
The Minetto United Methodist Church will host a free dinner on May 20. Serving will be from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
