The Oswego County Health Department offers a variety of services to all residents of Oswego County, including preventive health services, certified hospice, and a maternal and child health program.

Bishop’s Commons at St. Luke will host its next in a series of monthly “Learn and Lunch” events on June 28, from noon to 1:30 p.m. “Learn and Lunch” features a half hour educational program followed by a free lunch that includes soup, salad and dessert served in the Grand Dining Room.
Any residents of the Oswego area that would like to make their food dollars go farther may order July Food Sense packages until noon on July 13. All Oswego area residents may use the program.
All Saints Episcopal Church of Fulton invites the community to its open house event, taking place June 16, from 1 – 4 p.m. at the church. The open house marks the first public event for the church’s new priest, the Rev. Dr. Leon Mozeliak.
Approximately 750 two- and four-year degree candidates received diplomas from Alfred State. Associate and baccalaureate degrees were awarded in fields of agriculture, health, business, vocational, and engineering technology, as well as the arts and sciences.
U.S. Air Force National Guard Airman 1st Class Kristin I. Gurule graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The school recently held its annual Leadership Day, a student-led and student-driven effort which showcased the building’s voluntary growth with the 7 habits: be proactive, begin with the end in mind, put first things first, think win/win, seek first to understand, then to be understood, synergize and sharpen the saw.
As the 2017-18 school year winds down, the Center for Instruction, Technology and Innovation has continued to celebrate 18 employees who will collectively retire this year with 509 years of service.
